"I am sharing this to express my gratitude and to honor the supremely committed team of Baug E Jamsheed because I feel those who shape the minds of our little ones at such a nascent stage , set the tone on how the child perceives or values education and learning at large..Baug E Jamsheed was always our first and only choice for our child , however Like many other parents I too was jittery about over exposure of screen time and my little child’s ability to grasp anything at all via online classes. But, we spoke with many parents from our friends circle and got a 100% recommendation to go ahead with this.In the beginning my child vehemently opposed to participate in the sessions , and would throw a fit every time we would make her sit in front of the screen…but I realized it was the right decision to put her through this when I observed how absolutely patient the teachers were with her and never coerced her to participate in anything until the child was fully ready. Honestly , I feel in one way these online classes were also a blessing in disguise , because we could see first hand how children of this age are taught and were able to adapt the methods to even apply it at home for the child.

I would like to take a moment to appreciate the amazingly comprehensive workbook that is given to the children and it gave parents like us a great reference of how to structure the learning framework for our child. Of course the Baug E Jamsheed campus is the best in Jamshedpur, But hands down the winning aspect of it for me is the human capital they have. My child was taught by some of the finest teachers I have ever come across , Teacher Sita & Teacher Archana, who for me are the embodiment of the spirit of the school. The teachers ensured, children were never sitting for too long, and developed every session with a blend of writing, dancing, recitation, singing , art and craft, storytelling, inculcating family values through various thanks giving gestures, even physical exercises including ensuring regular blinking of eyes to avoid strain on the children, engaging children in several extracurricular activities like making quick and easy food items ,or role plays where they are creating something and then hosting a sale for their items, participating in musical class, watching mini stories, and even learning global greetings and several international level orientation was also involved. We at home can teach the regular nursery rhymes and poems, however here I noticed there was a wide array of new rhymes and poems introduced to the child which enriched the child’s knowledge bank for school. Another interesting thing I observed is that for them its not just about simply admissions, there is a lot of ownership in the conduct , for example if the teachers find the parents are being rough on the child they wouldn’t hesitate in chipping in and stopping that from happening. If the child is taking extra time. They give that extra time to the child to open us. Even the principal maam is seen regularly attending mid sessions to observe the flow of the session. I see a lot of care and attention and personalization happening. In these testing times, to have our child safely learn so much in such a fun way with the best teachers in Jamshedpur has been a blessing for us ..and I recommend it for one and all.

" Hi! Covid-19 was a difficult time for everyone. While we were all affected, children were prevented from going to school, physically being together with their teachers and peers, and many bereft of the joy of growing up / learning / enjoying together. In such an environment, we had enrolled Madhav in Baug-e-Jamshed in 2021, with a lot of hope and expectation that he'll be able to learn - not just academic but also life skills. Madhav was 3+ years when he joined Nursery A. Baug-e-Jamshed and Madhav's teachers (Ms. Chaitali, Ms. Sarabjeet) and Principal (Madam Anu) pleasantly surprised us over the year, when Madhav learnt Nursery from the comfort of his living room, over a smart phone. Madhav went from being excited then shy then even slightly rebellious to finally gaining the discipline, opening up, and looking forward to meeting his teachers and friends every morning, singing / playing along, working on activities, and enjoying the experience of learning something new everyday. Today, Madhav looks forward to starting his school day with prayers, songs and "Good Morning Teachers, Good Morning Friends" and even sharing a recent experience with his class, every so often.

It's evident that the school and teachers invested a lot of mindshare / effort into making sure everyday in school is successful. Starting from the workbook that is largely self-explanatory, and scientifically compiled, to the songs the teachers sang and the visuals they used in class to grab / keep the children's attention and encourage their class participation. Every day has been well planned out. As parents, we could see how these weeks / months / quarters added up, and cumulatively improved Madhav's interest in school, happiness in mood and confidence in personality.
